Nature of the services
ESAN Consulting provides administrative support, payroll and HR coordination, operational financial management, fleet management, digitalisation and interim management services.
ESAN Consulting is not an accountancy firm and does not carry out any activity reserved to professions regulated by the ITAA. Bookkeeping, tax filings and legally reserved assignments remain with your accountant or tax adviser, with whom ESAN Consulting works in coordination.
Personal data
ESAN Consulting SRL is the controller of the data collected through this site.
What is collected, and why
- If you send an email: your address, your name and the content of your message, in order to reply and follow up on your request.
- If you book a call: the information you provide to Calendly (name, email address, chosen slot, and any details you add), in order to arrange the meeting.
The site has no forms, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Articles 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention
Correspondence relating to an enquiry that does not proceed is kept for a maximum of two years. Data linked to a contractual relationship is kept for the statutory retention period applicable to commercial and accounting records.
Recipients
Your data is never sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. It is processed by the technical providers required to deliver the service: Calendly LLC for scheduling, and the business email provider. These providers may process data outside the European Union, on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights

- Erasure, within the limits of statutory retention obligations

- Portability of the data you provided
- Withdrawal of your consent at any time

Cookies
This site sets no analytics, profiling or advertising cookies.
The booking calendar is provided by Calendly, which sets third-party cookies. For that reason the calendar does not load automatically: it appears only after your explicit agreement, by clicking "Show the calendar". Until you ask for it, no data is sent to Calendly. Once the calendar is open, Calendly applies its own cookie policy, reachable from the calendar itself.
Your choice is stored locally in your browser so you are not asked again. This is not a tracking cookie and the information never leaves your device.
Intellectual property
The ESAN Consulting name, the logo, the texts and the layout of this site are the property of ESAN Consulting SRL. Reproduction without prior permission is prohibited.
Applicable law
This site is governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Brussels judicial district.
